WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE COZUMEL AIRPORT

As soon as you land at the Cozumel Mexico International Airport (CZM), you'll pass immigration, collect your bags at baggage claim, and pass through customs. After you press the green button to exit customs, follow the exit path where you'll spot our driver holding a sign with your group name, ready to assist you from that point onward.

Hop into a well-maintained, air-conditioned sedan or van for a cozy ride to your hotel. Forget about negotiating, hassles, or sales pitches; just enjoy the convenience of pre-arranged transfers. When you arrive, the hotel bell staff will be waiting at the lobby to help you with your bags. Remember, this is a private ride just for you and your family, with no stops.

IF YOU ARE COMING FROM CANCUN AIRPORT

We also now offer all-inclusive shared and private transfers to and from the Cancun Airport (CUN) that include ferry tickets and curb-to-curb service.

ROUND-TRIP PRIVATE AIRPORT SERVICE

Once we drop you off at your hotel, our driver will arrange the pickup schedule for your journey back to Cozumel International Airport. When it's time to leave, we'll pick you up at the agreed-upon time, help with your luggage, and transport you to the airport or ferry.

On occasion, we may need to use a taxi for return transportation. But don't worry, we'll take care of all the details to ensure your convenience and confirm everything with you.  

Important: If you're staying at a private home, condo, or residence, kindly provide us with the property name, zone, address, and unit number for coordination purposes. This ensures smooth facilitation of your transportation.

Includes:

Kids:  If the child is under 2 years old and will sit on your lap, they won't be counted as a seat. If they will occupy a seat, they will count toward your passenger total in the vehicle.  If you require a child seat, we recommend to bring your own from home so you are sure to have what you feel comfortable with and that fits your child.  However, we also have car seats for rent if you don't want to bring your own.  They will need requested in advance however.      

Restrictions:  If your group consists of three individuals, and everyone is bringing along two pieces of regular-sized or oversized luggage, plus a carry-on, it's a must to go for a 4-8 passenger van. This way, you'll have plenty of room for all your belongings and enjoy a comfy ride together.  If you will bring paddleboards or golf clubs or other oversized items, or more than 2 pieces of luggage per person, please contact us because there may be an extra charge, or we may need to supply a larger vehicle.
