"We spent the day with you on June 24th on an excursion while in Cozumel off the Carnival Dream. Your beach resort far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived we were met by Edgar (Elvis) and he took care of us the entire day. He set us up with a table at the beach immediately and kept the food and drinks coming. My husband and I had the most amazing massage by Keila. She was very sweet and I have to say it was the best massage I had ever had. "Paco was great for our Ultimate Jeep Tour that we took in Cozumel Mexico. He made the trip a lot of fun. The only thing we would have changed is that my grandmother waited until the end of the tour to buy a hat at Paco's recommendation and the store he had us shop in had little selection and charged them far too much. I must say that even though the ship got into port late, Eric waited for us and gave us the best tour ever. I like the fact that Eric went above and beyond anything we were expecting. Instead of the typical tourist tour, Eric gave us a Cozumel experience. Eric took us to places you cant or wont see unless you, A. live in Cozumel or, B. u have been there before or, C. you have a tour guide like Eric who knows exactly what people want and how to deliver it. "My boyfriend and I did the private Tulum express tour a couple weeks ago when our cruise ship docked in
Cozumel, and it couldn't have been more perfect! Our
guide, George, was one of the friendliest and most
accommodating people I have ever met. He helped us
purchase drinks and translated for us, since neither of
us know any Spanish, and his English was almost perfect
so we never had a language barrier. We loved that he had
a cooler in the van and we could drink on the way there,
and had the option to stop anywhere we wanted. He talked
with us the entire drive there and back and gave us some
great information, advice, and recommendations. He also
helped us get a guide at the ruins and arranged that for
us. Overall, we couldn't have been more pleased and were
so happy we met George. He definitely made our
experience in Mexico better and more enjoyable. The
ruins were also beautiful and fascinating, and we loved
having as much time as we wanted there with the private
tour. Thanks for such a great tour and experience, we

low expectations but OMG what a great time!! The crew is
AMAZING they never leave character and are so involved
with the guests. Honestly I would have gladly paid for

"We were extremely
impressed with the friendly service we received from
Cozumel Tours. We booked our scuba diving online after phoning the office on
their toll free line and speaking with their super
friendly and helpful staff. They assured us that they
would have a size 15 flipper available. After booking
they sent us a confirmation and asked us to bring that
along with us. Unfortunately I forgot the paper and did
not remember it until we were on the ferry. When we got
off the ferry I asked at another scuba tour kiosk if
they knew of Cozumel tours and if they could direct.
This fellow immediately phoned Porfirio (our scuba
diving instructor) and got us a cab to Caleta marina
where we were easily able to find Porfirio. He did not
stress over the fact that we had forgotten our paper, he
had my oversized flippers ready and also had scuba gear
available for my wife (who only wanted to snorkel).
Porfirio spent the next hour very patiently and gently
explaining to us all about the gear and convincing my
wife that she should try scuba diving. He drove us to a
tidal pool and gradually introduced us to the equipment
and worked with my wife for quite awhile to calm her
fears. He took her by the hand and carefully and gently
taught her how to scuba dive in the four foot deep tidal
pool before taking us both out for almost an hour in
deeper water where we saw moray eel, lobsters, crab,
barracuda, etc. It was a wonderful experience with a
dive master who is truly a wonderful person. If you are
looking for a personalized experience from a company and
a divemaster that truly care about people I would highly

an outstanding tour!! So much to do and see. Clemente
Perez was our tour guide. He was a blast!! I think it
was one of the best day ever!! The guides went out of
there way to take pictures and make us laugh!!!
Snorkeling, lunch, Tequila tour & taste, Maya’s Ruins
and a GREAT Beach to stop at. The dune buggy were new
and so much fun fun!!! This is a "MUST DO" if you are in
the Rivera Maya area or on a cruise ship to Cozumel!! We
did 3 other tours with you guys to the ruins and they
were also great as usual . But the Dune buggy were the

"WOW, the Pirate Boat
charter lunch
and snorkel was so much fun. I (the wife) didn't know
what to expect and didn't want the typical touristy
venue. We understand from numerous folks that this lunch
cruise was a new addition to their lobster dinner cruise
option. The crew hammed it up from the moment they
pulled in to the pier music ablazing! They were timely,
professional, and knowledgeable. "Porkchop" kept us
moving and the crew kept the drinks flowing. The ship
had clean bathrooms, too. The lunch was fresh and hot,
and quite frankly, rivaled the food from our hotel. Had
we known just how much fun this would be, we would have

"We took a snorkeling tour in Cozumel on April the 2nd. We – two adults and an 8 year old, are good swimmers and snorkelers and enjoyed our tour very much. The reef was good, a lot of sea creatures (stars, stingrays, various fish), colorful corrals, clear water with excellent visibility. Both places one shallow, another one deep offered good snorkeling. The staff was helpful and attentive. We want to specially thank the photographer who snorkeled with us and made some wonderful photos of all of us plus added some other nice underwater pictures. "I tried to reserve the excursion through another website but they were booked so I called Cozumel Tours, and I'm glad I did. My wife and I went on the Segway and Snorkel tour in Cozumel. Boy, what a treat! Our tour guide, Hernando or "H" for short, was very courteous and friendly. He gave us a lesson on how to drive a Segway then we practiced around the parking lot for about 10 minutes. His assistant (I forgot his name) loaded our bags into his pickup truck and drove behind us while we were cruising on the Segways. It was the first time my wife and I rode Segways and did snorkeling. We had a great time! "We originally booked 4 tours for our honeymoon vacation. On the day we left for our honeymoon we had difficulties with the flights that caused us to not be in Cozumel on time. I immediately called your customer service reference our tour the next day. They were very helpful in rescheduling the tour for later in the vacation. We took the Chichen Itza tour, Whale Sharks and ATX rail's. The Whale sharks was an amazing time. My husband and I both got a little sea sick, and both the guide, Mike as well as the boat captain, (can not remember his name) were very friendly and understanding about it. My husband's experience with the Whale sharks was above and beyond what we expected. We were also able to see some Sea Turtles, Mike was very knowledgeable about them and then they took us snorkeling at the Reef. Sur and had a wonderful time. We came from the cruise
ship and this being our first time not doing an excursion

back in time, but Roberto and William did an awesome job

us have fun. The buggies were fun and my wife really enjoyed
the mud holes!!! If your cruising and have never thought

"I would like to give the Jean LaFitte Pirate Boat charter that we did the highest of compliments. They were
the most wonderful people. They far exceeded not only our
expectations, but also by the amount of friendly and wonderful
people that they had working on the boat that day. I have
to say that not only the experience, but the superb food
that was prepared and the quality of the entertainment was
exceptional. The way that they served the food by
setting up tables and using real plates and silverware was
beyond all expectations. There is plenty of room on the
boat with two fine lavatories, cuartos de banos ) clean
and in good working order was definitely a plus. You
never had to seek out a drink as they were constantly being
served.. And yes he had the special drink requests on board.

"Tom and I booked a sea turtle excursion with you guys for last Monday (November 1st) to Akumal ,
with lunch and drinks included. Just want to give you some
feedback on it---it was OUTSTANDING, mostly because of Jonathan
the guide. A nice guy named Sam met us at the Cozumel ferry,
gave us tickets, walked with us as far as he could, and
said someone would meet us at the other side, in Playa del
Carmen. I am a NERVOUS traveler and I was having anxiety
over being lost in Playa del Carmen---everything was great.
as soon as we got off the ferry, Jonathan was there, and
I felt safe for the whole day. He took us snorkeling
at a lagoon, then we went to snorkel with the sea turtles
and sting rays. The beach resort was absolutely gorgeous,
as was the beach. Putting on my flipper, I could see the
strap was about to break -- Jonathan gave me his flippers
and he wore the bad ones. And boy could he spot the creatures
under the sea!! I don't even know how many turtles and sting
rays we saw--but Jonathan does, because he logged them all
in his book.
He took pictures for us and
of us, and we were in the ocean for a long time. then we
had the MOST delicious lunch at the beach club. I truly
CANNOT tell you how good the authentic Mayan food was at
this resort!! And the workers were so nice! Our glasses
were never empty (nor were our plates!) Jonathan sat with
us at our table and told us all about his life growing up,
and his life now, and why he loves what he does. Honestly,
for me, the BEST part of the trip was just getting to hang
out with a cool guy and learn about the culture there. Well,
and of course the sea turtles!!! So thank you for a great
trip, I felt the expense was agreeable when you factor in
the travelling, the meals and drinks, and the great conversation.

boat snorkel ride we took in Cozumel this past week.
We ended up being the only people on our boat, which was
captained by a man named Francisco, and our guide (who's
name I can't remember) was amazing! He took
us to all the reefs the other ships were stopping at, but
was so enthusiastic, he would dive down to the bottom and
grab a starfish, or a conch shell, or lure a lobster out
of a cave. It was great, I've never had a better time.

"I just returned from a cruise
to Cozumel. I cannot express how much the excursion our
group booked on the Manta
Catamaran meant to everyone on board. We booked a private
charter for our group of 24. Our clan consisted of 10 adults
and 14 children. The kids ranged in age from 3 to
16 both boys and girls. The kids are still talking
about everything they saw while snorkeling. My 5 year
old son thought he was swimming in an aquarium! The
crew went out of their way to make our trip memorable.
They were the best! From stopping at shallow reefs for the
children to dropping us off by downtown Cozumel, we could
not have asked for more. As I looked on the web, I
had a hard time finding feedback for this particular excursion.
I was a little concerned that we would not receive what
we were expecting. Boy did I have that completely
wrong! If you are planning a trip to Cozumel, do not

a cruise to Cozumel on which my family and I chose your
company's Jeep tour as our shore excursion. The guide truly made the best
of it, as did we. He had a plentiful supply of beer,
water, and soda...all ice cold. His English was great,
and so was his sense of humor. His name was Santiago,
and his service was admirable. I appreciated the relationship
he had with all of the proprietors of the businesses we
stopped at. The guide at the Mayan ruins gave the
most interesting and informative tour. There were
no boring parts, and we actually enjoyed walking around
in the sun on a hot day. He was patient, kind, and
did a wonderful job. Onto the tequila factory...excellent
experience. It was not the huge tequila ("every kind
of tequila") mega-store that I was anticipating...not at
all. The hand-blown glass bottles, the flavors of
tequila that I have never even imagined, and the funny laid-back
tour guide all made the whole experience feel very personal.
On the way back out to the Jeeps, a man threw a lasso and
got it around my waist...it was awesome. I didn't
even think twice about letting him do it. This was
all followed by a breath-taking, high-spirited trip along
the beach to a restaurant that was peaceful and welcoming.
We ate wonderful food and were waited on by our tour guide.
We were sad to go back to the ship. It was a spectacular
experience, and your company deserves a high review.
Your company has very low and reasonable prices, along with
a completely full-service, no-worries experience in Cozumel.
This shore excursion was easily worth double what we paid
for it, so I appreciate you keeping your prices so low while
keeping your customer service standards so high. I
could go on and on...However, I do have to say that on my
next cruise to Cozumel, I will definitely be choosing an
excursion through you. I hope your business continues to
do very well despite the tourist issues in other parts of

was the Pirates Dinner
Cruise. We were met at the designated time and
place and treated wonderfully from that moment on.
The dinner was almost canceled due to weather, but at the
last minute it was decided to proceed. The crew was

"As for the cozumel excursion...we did cozumel-tours.com (don't forget the hyphen) and got a catamaran and 3 stop snorkeling tour for 40 bucks. AND, it just so happened, the 4 of us were the ONLY ones on this huge catamaran! It was incredible.
