Yes!  We pick up at the Ferry Pier too! Prices are per person, in U.S. Dollars and include all taxes. Kids under 2 years old are free if sitting on a parent's lap.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE COZUMEL AIRPORT

As soon as you land, you'll need to clear immigration, pick up your bags at baggage claim, and exit customs. After you press the green button, exit customs, and follow the exit path, you'll encounter a space where you'll be able to find our driver waiting for you with a sign with the company logo on it. Show him your ticket and follow him to the vehicle where he'll assist you with your bags.  

IMPORTANT: Try to avoid talking to anyone else at the airport - they will only try to hook you into a timeshare presentation that will not help you.

You'll enter a well maintained, air-conditioned sedan or van and be transported in comfort to your hotel. No haggling, no hassles, no timeshare traps, just the convenience of pre-arranged transfers. You'll be dropped off at your hotel lobby, where the bell staff will meet you and assist you with your luggage. 

Please note that you may share the vehicle with other guests and it may have a few stops along the way. If you want a non-stop private ride for you and your family we recommend checking our Private Transportation.

IF YOU ARE COMING FROM CANCUN AIRPORT

We also now offer all-inclusive shared and private transfers from the Cancun Airport (CUN) that includes ferry tickets and curb-to-curb service.

ROUND-TRIP AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE

Upon your arrival at your hotel, your driver will coordinate the pickup time for your return trip to Cozumel International Airport. When the time comes for your departure, we will pick you up you at the prearranged time, assist you with your luggage, and transport you back to the airport or ferry pier.

Please be aware that your return transportation to the airport may be in a taxi or van, similar to your arrival. Rest assured, our representatives will arrange everything for your convenience and provide confirmation accordingly.

Important: If you're staying at a private home, condo, or residence, kindly provide us with the zone, address, and unit number for coordination purposes. This ensures smooth facilitation of your transportation.

Kids:  Price is per person. Kids are the same price as adults if they take up a seat.  If the child is under 2 years old and will sit on your lap they do not need to pay.  Car Seats are available, but you have to request it prior to the arrival, and they are charged the same per-person rate as they occupy a seat.  We most recommend to bring your own child seat if you require that service to ensure that you have the size and model that you prefer for your child.

Restrictions:  Each passenger is allowed one piece of regular-size luggage along with a carry-on. However, items such as surfboards, bicycles, or specialized equipment will be charged the same per-person rate as they will occupy a seat. If your luggage is  oversized, or you will have many pieces, you will need to book our Private Transportation service.
