"We took a snorkeling tour in Cozumel on April the 2nd.  We – two adults and an 8 year old, are good swimmers and snorkelers and enjoyed our tour very much. The reef was good, a lot of sea creatures (stars, stingrays, various fish), colorful corrals, clear water with excellent visibility. Both places – one shallow, another one deep offered good snorkeling. The staff was helpful and attentive. We want to specially thank the photographer who snorkeled with us and made some wonderful photos of all of us plus added some other nice underwater pictures. "I tried to reserve the excursion through another website but they were booked so I called Cozumel Tours, and I'm glad I did.  My wife and I went on the Segway and Snorkel tour in Cozumel.  Boy, what a treat!  Our tour guide, Hernando or "H" for short, was very courteous and friendly.  He gave us a lesson on how to drive a Segway then we practiced around the parking lot for about 10 minutes.  His assistant (I forgot his name) loaded our bags into his pickup truck and drove behind us while we were cruising on the Segways.  It was the first time my wife and I rode Segways and did snorkeling.  We had a great time!  I'm glad that I did not book the excursion with the cruise ship, because we were the only two people who signed up through Cozumel Tours, and had our own "private tour!" - Ric & Michele from Orlando, Florida

"We originally booked 4 tours for our honeymoon vacation.  On the day we left for our honeymoon we had difficulties with the flights that caused us to not be in Cozumel on time.  I immediately called your customer service reference our tour the next day.  They were very helpful in rescheduling the tour for later in the vacation. We took the Chichen Itza tour, Whale Sharks and ATX rail's.  The Whale sharks was an amazing time.  My husband and I both got a little sea sick, and both the guide, Mike as well as the boat captain, (can not remember his name) were very friendly and understanding about it.  My husband's experience with the Whale sharks was above and beyond what we expected.  We were also able to see some Sea Turtles, Mike was very knowledgable about them and then they took us snorkeling at the Reef.  We provided a review of the ATX rail with Wild Tours on trip advisor also.  All 3 tours were very exciting and fun.  We have recommended the Cozumel Tours website to our travel agent and anyone we know that is going to Cozumel.  We were very pleased with the service and will definatley use you again!" - April from Eldon, Missouri

"We did the ATX Rails to Punta Sur and had a wonderful time. We came from the cruise ship and this being our first time not doing an excursion with the cruise ship we were a little nervous about getting back in time, but Roberto and William did an awesome job at worrying about us making it back to the ship and letting us have fun. "I would like to give the Jean LaFitte Pirate Boat charter that we did the highest of compliments.  They were the most wonderful people. They far exceeded not only our expectations, but also by the amount of friendly and wonderful people that they had working on the boat that day. I have to say that not only the experience, but the superb food that was prepared and the quality of the entertainment was exceptional.  The way that they served the food by setting up tables and using real plates and silverware was beyond all expectations. There is plenty of room on the boat with two fine lavatories, cuartos de banos ) clean and in good working order was definitely a plus.  You never had to seek out a drink as they were constantly being served.. "Tom and I booked a sea turtle excursion with you guys for last Monday (November 1st) to Akumal , with lunch and drinks included. Just want to give you some feedback on it---it was OUTSTANDING, mostly because of Jonathan the guide. A nice guy named Sam met us at the Cozumel ferry, gave us tickets, walked with us as far as he could, and said someone would meet us at the other side, in Playa del Carmen. I am a NERVOUS traveler and I was having anxiety over being lost in Playa del Carmen---everything was great. as soon as we got off the ferry, Jonathan was there, and I felt safe for the whole day.  He took us snorkeling at a lagoon, then we went to snorkel with the sea turtles and sting rays. The beach resort was absolutely gorgeous, as was the beach. Putting on my flipper, I could see the strap was about to break -- Jonathan gave me his flippers and he wore the bad ones. And boy could he spot the creatures under the sea!! I don't even know how many turtles and sting rays we saw--but Jonathan does, because he logged them all in his book.

He took pictures for us and of us, and we were in the ocean for a long time. then we had the MOST delicious lunch at the beach club. I truly CANNOT tell you how good the authentic Mayan food was at this resort!! And the workers were so nice! Our glasses were never empty (nor were our plates!) Jonathan sat with us at our table and told us all about his life growing up, and his life now, and why he loves what he does. Honestly, for me, the BEST part of the trip was just getting to hang out with a cool guy and learn about the culture there. Well, and of course the sea turtles!!! So thank you for a great trip, I felt the expense was agreeable when you factor in the travelling, the meals and drinks, and the great conversation. thanks, guys!!!" - Kim from Webster Groves, Missouri

"I just returned from a cruise to Cozumel. I cannot express how much the excursion our group booked on the Manta Catamaran meant to everyone on board. We booked a private charter for our group of 24. Our clan consisted of 10 adults and 14 children.  The kids ranged in age from 3 to 16 both boys and girls.  The kids are still talking about everything they saw while snorkeling.  My 5 year old son thought he was swimming in an aquarium!  The crew went out of their way to make our trip memorable.  They were the best! From stopping at shallow reefs for the children to dropping us off by downtown Cozumel, we could not have asked for more.  As I looked on the web, I had a hard time finding feedback for this particular excursion.  I was a little concerned that we would not receive what we were expecting.  Boy did I have that completely wrong!  If you are planning a trip to Cozumel, do not hesitate to book this excursion. "I recently returned home from a cruise to Cozumel on which my family and I chose your company's Jeep tour as our shore excursion.  The guide truly made the best of it, as did we.  He had a plentiful supply of beer, water, and soda...all ice cold.  His English was great, and so was his sense of humor.  His name was Santiago, and his service was admirable.  I appreciated the relationship he had with all of the proprietors of the businesses we stopped at.  The guide at the Mayan ruins gave the most interesting and informative tour.  There were no boring parts, and we actually enjoyed walking around in the sun on a hot day.  He was patient, kind, and did a wonderful job.  Onto the tequila factory...excellent experience.  It was not the huge tequila ("every kind of tequila") mega-store that I was anticipating...not at all.  The hand-blown glass bottles, the flavors of tequila that I have never even imagined, and the funny laid-back tour guide all made the whole experience feel very personal.  On the way back out to the Jeeps, a man threw a lasso and got it around my waist...it was awesome.  I didn't even think twice about letting him do it.  This was all followed by a breath-taking, high-spirited trip along the beach to a restaurant that was peaceful and welcoming.  We ate wonderful food and were waited on by our tour guide.  We were sad to go back to the ship.  It was a spectacular experience, and your company deserves a high review.  Your company has very low and reasonable prices, along with a completely full-service, no-worries experience in Cozumel.  This shore excursion was easily worth double what we paid for it, so I appreciate you keeping your prices so low while keeping your customer service standards so high.  I could go on and on...However, I do have to say that on my next cruise to Cozumel, I will definitely be choosing an excursion through you. "As for the cozumel excursion...we did cozumel-tours.com (don't forget the hyphen) and got a catamaran and 3 stop snorkeling tour for 40 bucks. AND, it just so happened, the 4 of us were the ONLY ones on this huge catamaran! It was incredible. The booking of the excursion was easy and they are very helpful and respond quickly to email and phone calls (and they speak english). Highly recommend this.
