Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is easy to learn for you and your whole family. This introductory SUP Lesson is highly recommended before engaging in one of our very fun SUP tours. You'll get personal, hands-on instruction on all the basics so that when you do one of the SUP tours you can just relax and enjoy.

Our SUP Lessons take place at famous Mr. Sancho's Beach Club, where we also offer an awesome all-inclusive package, horseback riding, cooking classes, tequila classes, massages and SUP tours. Combine one or more of these activities with your SUP Lessons for a full day of fun at Cozumel's best beach club!
Your expert SUP instructor will teach you everything you need to enjoy Stand Up Paddle Boarding, including safety basics, how to use the equipment, steering, balance, maintaining proper posture, handling and techniques so that you will be paddling like a pro in no time. If you want to learn some advanced techniques, you can opt to do more than one lesson if you like!
