This tour is wheelchair accessible; however, it must be requested in advance. The maximum weight the wheelchair lift can support is 350 lbs (including the guest and the wheelchair's weight). Maximum wheelchair dimensions are 48 x 30 in.
This tour is not suitable for people impaired by medications, guests with medical conditions such as heart conditions, back/neck/joint/muscular injuries, or guests with physical special needs due to its walking component. Guests will need to sign a release at check-in, certifying that none of these conditions are present before being allowed on the tour. No refund is available if you are not allowed on the tour for not meeting the requirements, so please ensure that you qualify.
